Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bigwin99," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at bigwin99.one, operated under PAGCOR authorisation.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a bigwin99 account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on bigwin99.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on bigwin99.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using Philippine Peso via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or any other approved payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bigwin99 under applicable bonus terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing bigwin99's operations.

Headings in this Agreement are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where context permits.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a bigwin99 account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the bigwin99 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a bigwin99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online casino gaming services regulated by PAGCOR.
2. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud.
3. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a bigwin99 employee in a role with access to platform configuration, game settings, or financial systems.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from bigwin99 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You have not been prohibited from gambling by any court order, regulatory authority, or voluntary exclusion programme.

bigwin99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) bigwin99 account only. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, Philippine ID, GCash number, bank account, device, or IP address are prohibited. bigwin99 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes.
• All activity and transactions carried out under your account login session, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring your registered details — particularly your mobile number, email address, and linked payment methods — remain current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

bigwin99 staff will never request your password or full payment credentials through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Immediately notify bigwin99 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bigwin99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit at bigwin99 is ₱500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your playing balance.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Methods may be added or removed from time to time.
• bigwin99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your KYC-verified identity.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• bigwin99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–30 minutes for GCash withdrawals from verified accounts under standard conditions. Actual processing times may vary.
• bigwin99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals to a third party's account — including a family member's GCash — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML review.

Bonuses & Promotions

bigwin99 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers require a qualifying deposit and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bigwin99 — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to their individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for that specific game.

bigwin99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live dealer games are conducted via real-time video stream with physical dealing equipment. Results are final once confirmed by the game system or dealer, subject to technical malfunctions as described below.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcome or bet placement, bigwin99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. Neither party is entitled to winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game.

Sports betting markets at bigwin99, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football, are subject to standard sportsbook settlement rules. Markets will be settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body. Disputes regarding specific event settlements must be raised within 48 hours of settlement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigwin99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game at bigwin99.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage, automate play, or scrape data from the Platform.

• Impersonating bigwin99 or its representatives in any communication.

Responsible Gaming

bigwin99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount for a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a reminder or forced logout after a specified period of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your bigwin99 account for periods ranging from 7 days to 6 months or longer. During a self-exclusion period, re-registration under any account identity is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these Terms.

bigwin99 reserves the right to enforce any of the above tools independently based on observed gaming behaviour indicative of problem gambling, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling may also be referred to appropriate support resources.

Privacy & Data Use

bigwin99's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the bigwin99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that bigwin99 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law to:

• Collect and verify your identity through KYC processes.
• Retain transaction records for a minimum period as specified by the AMLC and PAGCOR.
• Report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council where legally required.
• Share your information with PAGCOR upon lawful request in connection with regulatory oversight.

bigwin99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors — including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank — is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bigwin99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, page layout, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bigwin99 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any bigwin99 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying code of any bigwin99 game or system.
• Create derivative works from any bigwin99 brand assets or content.
• Use the bigwin99 name, logo, or trademarks in any way without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bigwin99 and its operators, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions outside bigwin99's control that affect gaming sessions.
• Losses caused by a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature arising in connection with your use of bigwin99.

bigwin99's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the Player's real money deposit balance at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits bigwin99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Suspension & Termination

bigwin99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or reversed deposits initiated by the Player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of instructions from PAGCOR, AMLC, or another competent Philippine authority requiring account action.

Upon termination for cause, bigwin99 may withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from conduct that constituted the basis for termination. Real money deposit balances not subject to pending investigation will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required compliance review.

Players may voluntarily close their bigwin99 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion request.

Amendments

bigwin99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via an on-screen notification at next login, providing a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or Philippine law.

The current version of the Terms is always published on this page with a "Last Updated" date at the top. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the bigwin99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and bigwin99, we encourage you to first contact our 24/7 support team, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through that channel. If your concern cannot be resolved through support, the following escalation process applies:

1. Submit a formal written complaint to bigwin99 via the contact details in Section 16. bigwin99 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. If you remain unsatisfied with bigwin99's response, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels for licensed operators.
3. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
